“Rebound”  was designed in response to SB 100 – “students who are suspended out-of-school for longer than four school days must be provided appropriate and available support services during the period of their suspension” (105 ILCS5/10-22.6 b-25).  Rebound was developed by the DuPage Regional Office of Education in collaboration with DuPage Schools. Rebound supports students in grades 6-12 during a suspension of four or more days with academic instruction continuity while promoting restorative practices teaching conflict resolution and strengthening social-emotional skills.

Referrals to Rebound are made through the student’s home school.  An information sheet is attached.  If you have questions, please contact the Rebound Coordinator, Andy True.
